These Terms and Conditions apply to the Hanki Anki Helper – Draft Notes for Anki browser extension (the “Extension”) for Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox, created by Hanki_Helper (the “Service Provider”) as a free service.
By installing or using the Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the Extension.
You may use the Extension for personal and lawful purposes only. Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, reverse engineering, or creation of derivative works based on the Extension or any part of it is prohibited.
All trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Extension remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Extension does not transmit or store user data on external servers. Any data created while using the Extension is stored locally within your browser and remains under your control.

The Service Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the Extension.
The Service Provider may terminate or suspend access to the Extension at any time. Upon termination, you must stop using the Extension and remove it from your browser.
These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
